The mission of the Alumni Network is to create a strong, engaged network of 40 Under 40 alumni who continue to lead, connect, and give back to the communities that helped shape their success.

Each quarter, alumni will be challenged to collectively contribute at least 40 hours of service to our community.
That could mean rolling up our sleeves for a volunteer project—or putting our professional expertise to work for a nonprofit that needs help with marketing, technology, fundraising, strategic planning, finance, HR, board development or another business challenge.
Our goal isn't simply to raise money.
It's to put some of our region's most talented people to work making our community stronger.
